“Empowered Teachers, Inspired Learners.”

At Blue Dolphin PlaySkool, we believe that great learning begins with great teachers. Our Teacher Training 2025 was a two-day programme held to strengthen teaching excellence, creativity, and teamwork among our educators from all centres.

The training revisited the core of Blue Dolphin’s philosophy, HEARTS values (Honesty, Enjoyment, Achievement, Respect, Teamwork, Service Excellence) and the MiMaCo approach (Mind Management & Comprehensive Approach), encouraging teachers to integrate these principles into everyday classroom practice.

Teachers also explored Brain Gym techniques to enhance focus and coordination, learned to use Montessori materials for hands-on discovery, and deepened their literacy skills through Jolly Phonics, a fun, multisensory way to teach reading.

The event concluded with a joyful Paradise Palooza Gala Dinner, celebrating teamwork, growth, and shared success.

Through this training, Blue Dolphin reaffirms its commitment to empowering teachers, nurturing educators who inspire confidence, curiosity, and compassion in every child.
