Blue Dolphin PlaySkool principals from all centres gathered in Surabaya for Principal’s Training 2025, a programme designed to strengthen leadership skills, collaboration, and vision alignment across all branches.

Throughout the training, our principals engaged in interactive discussions, workshops, and team-building activities that deepened their understanding of effective school leadership. The sessions focused on strategic planning, communication, and nurturing a positive school culture that reflects Blue Dolphin’s core values.
